After graduating from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly SLO) with dual degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, he quickly recognized the transformative impact technology would have on how businesses operate and scale.

Driven by a passion for innovation and emerging technologies, Parsa began his career working in the cryptocurrency industry before helping grow a startup from its earliest stages into a company generating over $25 million in annual revenue. Throughout his career, he has focused on building scalable systems, automating complex processes, and leveraging technology to create measurable business growth.

As co-founder of Tenek, Parsa combines his technical expertise with a relentless focus on efficiency, helping clients implement automation and AI solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and accelerate growth.

Andrew Leonard is the co-founder of Tenek and brings a unique blend of entrepreneurship, sales, and AI implementation experience to every client engagement. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, he successfully scaled his first e-commerce business, developing a passion for growth marketing, automation, and building systems that drive revenue.

After graduating from Santa Clara University with degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship, Andrew built his career in high-performance sales, helping companies generate millions in revenue across multiple industries. He later specialized in AI implementation and business automation, working with organizations to streamline operations, improve customer acquisition, and scale more efficiently.

In 2025, Andrew co-founded Tenek with a mission to help businesses leverage modern marketing, automation, and AI to accelerate growth and create measurable results.
